Brush Engineered Materials Inc. (NYSE:BW) announced that at the Company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders held today in Cleveland, Ohio, Albert C. Bersticker, William G. Pryor, and N. Mohan Reddy were reelected to the Board of Directors. Shareholders also confirmed the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as independent auditors for the Company.
