Materion Corporation Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

MAYFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Materion Corporation (NYSE-MTRN) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a first quarter dividend of $0.11 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on March 6, 2020 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 19, 2020. The dividend is a reflection of the Company's continued confidence in the strength of its business, its prospects for long-term growth, and its ability to continue to grow the business organically, as well as through acquisitions while returning cash to shareholders.
